JamPod™ is installed in classrooms at all key stages and is transforming music education. It was awarded 'Best Resource in Music Education' in 2013 for its unique approach to teaching music.
All students experience music practically, with sound controlled by the tutor and heard through headphones. JamPod™ schools are supported on site by experienced school music teachers.
The system was initially conceived for secondary classrooms, with whole bands of students playing together, and a smaller primary installation is also available for schools with limited space.
JamPod has totally revolutionised both my teaching and student's learning in my classroom. The classroom is a hive of activity at the end of the school day. It's fantastic.
I'm particularly impressed with the way it has engaged less confident pupils – pupils who would previously never dreamed of performing – who are now excited about taking centre stage. The kudos they get from other pupils is really changing their personal experience of school.
