Dan Jones, Managing Director, began his career as a professional musician before moving into teaching, where he was named Music Teacher of the Year in 2008. He left the classroom in 2010 to found Mix Music Education and now leads the company's creative direction.
Kay Jones, Finance Director, co-founded Mix Music Education in 2010 after a career in the financial sector. She manages the back office, supplier relations and credit control for the company.
The wider team includes Dai Powell, Mix Associate for the South West, and non-executive directors Jim and Margaret Malpas. The team holds itself to five core values: genuine, engaging, accountable, productive and exceptional.
